Functional Recovery & Adjustment to Injury
Flexible, evidence-informed programs targeting measurable improvements in wellbeing , work readiness and functional capacity for individuals progressing through insurance claims
About ThisService
Clients navigating insurance claims often face complex hurdles when returning to work. While traditional approaches may focus on cognitive insight, real-world recovery requires practical skill-building, physiological steadiness, and restored confidence.
At Stable & Grounded, we provide professional, outcome-oriented sessions designed to bridge the gap between injury and re-engagement. We prioritize building a stable foundation first to ensure that participants have the endurance and clarity to handle workplace pressures and professional responsibilities.
Our approach focuses on:
- Functional Upgrading: Building the practical endurance and cognitive focus required for a safe, sustainable, and productive return to work.
- Identity & Role Adjustment: Navigating the personal and professional shifts that accompany long-term injury, ensuring a confident return to your role.
- Collaborative Support: Working as an adjunct service that enhances the efforts of your GP, psychologist, and case manager to ensure a streamlined recovery.
- Professional Steadiness Post-Injury: Developing the internal tools to remain composed, clear-headed, and effective in a professional environment.
