Our services are built by allied health professionals experienced in both injury prevention and what happens 5-7 years post injury. Often, we see a common theme emerge, what if this employee had the right support at the right time? We focus on program offerings that aim to prevent what we see commonly happens after work cover claims have been finalised and wish we could have prevented. We are passionate about early intervention support that the evidence supports as best practice. 

About This Service

Traditional Employee Assistance Programs often focus on general counselling or short-term interventions, but research shows that sustainable outcomes require early intervention through a biopsychosocial lense.

Stable & Grounded delivers a different approach: We combine evidence-based frameworks with to create measurable, lasting change, not just crisis management.
