NDIS Services

Building Capacity for Life

Empowering NDIS participants to bridge the gap between their current capacity and their highest goals.

Stable & Grounded offers structured, action-oriented programs that go beyond traditional support. We focus on functional life-skill development to help participants gain independence, master their environment, and achieve meaningful milestones in work, study, and life.

Capacity Building

NDIS participants often face challenges in daily living, work, and social environments. Stable & Grounded provides therapeutic programs designed to improve functional skills, confidence, and independence, helping participants rebuild their lives around their capacity.. Our focus is on:

  • Executive Functioning: Moving beyond to-do lists to learning energy management, decision-making, and cognitive agility.
  • Resilience & Well-being: Developing a robust nervous system that can handle the demands of a busy, independent life.
  • Practical Life Integration: Real-world application of skills in home, work, and social environments.

How WeHelp

Vocational Confidence & Sustainable Work Skills

We support participants to develop the practical skills needed to gain, return to, and maintain employment or study. This includes building confidence in communication, understanding workplace/school expectations, managing stress, and creating routines that support long-term success. Ongoing guidance helps participants navigate transitions and adapt to new environments with greater ease.

Functional Independence

Our support focuses on strengthening the skills that make everyday life more manageable — such as planning, getting started on tasks, remembering important responsibilities, and using time effectively. With structured support, daily activities can begin to feel more achievable, predictable, and within your control.

We provide the documentation and progress reporting required to show how you are building real-world capacity.
No. While we are experts in supporting psychosocial and neurodivergent needs, our programs are open to any participant who wants to improve their functional flow. If you want to get better at managing your day, your energy, or your professional life, this is for you.
Not necessarily. We treat the horses as a high-level feedback tool. If your goal is to master presence or leadership boundaries, a session with the horses is incredibly effective. However, we also offer telehealth and office-based coaching for executive functioning and vocational planning. We tailor the "tool" to the goal.
Yes. This is a core part of what we do. Our Work Ready Launch Pad program focus on the stamina, communication skills, and routine management needed to not just find a job, but to sustain it and thrive within it.
