How WeHelp
Vocational Confidence & Sustainable Work Skills
We support participants to develop the practical skills needed to gain, return to, and maintain employment or study. This includes building confidence in communication, understanding workplace/school expectations, managing stress, and creating routines that support long-term success. Ongoing guidance helps participants navigate transitions and adapt to new environments with greater ease.
Functional Independence
Our support focuses on strengthening the skills that make everyday life more manageable — such as planning, getting started on tasks, remembering important responsibilities, and using time effectively. With structured support, daily activities can begin to feel more achievable, predictable, and within your control.
