Stable & Grounded delivers — NDIS “Finding & Keeping a Job” support led by a degree-qualified, ASORC-registered Rehabilitation Counsellor under the framework of WorkReady Launchpad™. We help the participants you refer understand their work capacity, build confidence, and take real steps toward meaningful employment — at a pace that works for them.
What you can expect when you refer
- A response within 2 business days of receiving your referral..
- We work alongside your team, complementing (not replacing) the participant’s GP, psychologist and other providers.
- Clear scope. Vocational rehabilitation counselling — distinct from clinical psychology and from generic employment services.
Who we accept
- NDIS participants whose plan includes work or capacity-building goals.
- Self-managed, plan-managed and NDIA-managed participants all welcome.
- Service area: Brisbane, Ipswich, Gold Coast, Toowoomba & surrounds in person — and telehealth Australia-wide.
Funding
Delivered under NDIS Capacity Building — line item 10_620_0128_5_3: Employment Related Assessment, Counselling and Advice (Rehabilitation Counsellor). We can also work under 15_620_0128_1_3 if appropriate to goals and funding.
